Practices are held Mondays and Thursdays (except during holiday weeks).
5:30-6:30 - 8 years old and under and first-year wrestlers.
6:30-8:15 - 9 years old and over and experienced wrestlers (all experienced 8U wrestlers are invited to this practice.)
