TENTATIVE SCHEDULE, ALL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE AND MAY BE ADJUSTED  
FRIDAY: Wrestling tentatively begins between 5:00 and 5:30pm. Rounds 1 - 3
(two gyms – 8 mats)
 
  A minimum of three rounds will be wrestled in the pools. Wrestlers and coaches need to be prepared to wrestle one round after another with no break.    
       
SATURDAY: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Rounds 4 – 5
(two gyms – 8 mats)

  3:00 – 4:30 p.m. Semi – Finals & Wrestlebacks

Floor Access: Only two persons representing each team will be allowed at mat-side. Floor passes will be required of anyone needing access to the floor. These will be issued to wrestlers and coaches only.  
     

POOL PROCEDURES


ROUND ROBIN:

Rounds 1-5 will be used to determine the best two wrestlers in each pool. Wrestlers will be awarded “good points” in each round robin match. These “good points,” besides serving as team points, may also help determine advancement. The top two wrestlers in each pool will advance to the eight-man championship bracket.

Criteria for advancement
to the medal rounds are as follows. In the event that two wrestlers have identical records, head-to-head competition in the pools will determine the order of advancement. If three wrestlers have identical records, the criteria below will be followed until the top wrestler is identified and then head-to-head competition will be used to determine the second wrestler that advances.
